Step 3 in the home buying process is making an offer. Once you find a home that you like we will prepare a home value report and talk to the seller so you know the best way to structure your offer. We will discuss the offer price, key dates for inspection, appraisal, and closing, and the terms to make your offer win. Once the details are agreed to you will receive an email to sign the contract electronically, and we will present it to the seller.
