On a typical Sunday, you will probably find Troy playing with his kiddos, or having a get together with family and friends. Although he enjoys ice hockey, flying planes, and anything athletic or sports related, fishing is his favorite hobby.
Troy and his wife Amber are parents to four children, and they also share their home with two dogs, Zoey and Roxie. He and Amber have enjoyed traveling to Mexico, Italy, and most of the United States; but backpacking Machu Picchu remains on Troy’s list of dream vacations. Locally, he likes following the Colorado Avalanche, dining at the
Melting Pot, and having the occasional Moscow mule.
Being a great father is what Troy is most proud of, and he’s raising his kids to travel the world and take risks in life. A dedicated family man, Troy’s biggest inspirations are his mother and his wife, for never giving up on anything, and for being so loving. His
favorite book, “The 10X Rule,” changed his way of thinking; and Troy’s words to
live by are: Don’t be afraid to give up the good to go for the great! During his
law enforcement career, Troy was the recipient of multiple Life savings and
Chiefs awards and was part of multiple SWAT and Narcotics Units. He continues
to inspire those around him by encouraging people to reach confidently for
their dreams and endeavors; and shares that just about every accomplishment he
has achieved, he was scared to attempt.
